Reducing friction and laying the foundation for future products
Repeat purchasers comprise a small but highly passionate fanbase and having to enter payment information every time they bought a video, sent a paid message, or left a tip was a major point of friction. By designing and implementing the ability to save a payment method, we also laid the foundation for product offerings centered around recurring subscription revenue, similar to OnlyFans or Patreon.
