Simplifying and consolidating a fractured experience

For a product as video-centric as Cameo, it was incredibly important to provide users with a world-class video player experience. As one of the first features ever built at Cameo, the video player was outdated and had a variety of inconstancies from implementation to implementation, so I started by performing an audit across web and native mobile apps, identified key functionality, and redesigned the entire experience based on competitive analysis and user needs.
